Do i need a credit card?
You can make your payment by credit, debit or cash card.
What documents are needed for the rental?
You only need to present your identification document: identity card or passport.
What is included in the rental costs?
At the time of rental, the vehicle is delivered with a helmet.
Can I change my reservation and do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
I was able to change or cancel your reservation without surcharges before 48 hours. Otherwise you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
Can I leave the city with the rental vehicle?
No. Our vehicles have a GPS device. If the vehicle leaves the urban perimeter, it will send a notification which forces us to contact you and collect the vehicle.
Can I rent the vehicle in one place and leave it in another station?
You can pick up and deliver the electric mopeds in our showroom or where our partner Tours Ecoway.
